High volumes of rain can cause a flood

High volumes of rain can cause the water table to rise and remain high during the winter months. In these photos it shows a living room that was damaged due to outside water flooding into the living room. The before photo shows wet carpet and walls in the living room from the amount of water that came in an sat for a period of time. SERVPRO of Alpena got the call and arrived on scene with in the hour to extract water and do the demo and drying. The after photo shows the damaged carpet and drywall removed and equipment in place drying the structure.
